My husband took me here for Sunday brunch today and it was WONDERFUL! It was quite a splurge for us at $65 per person plus valet parking for our rental car, but it was worth it. First, ambiance was amazing...very modern, chic, and Art Deco . OMG if you are not thin and in perfect shape and with big fake boobs, you will totally feel out of place. I was eating fresh lobster tail after lobster tail. The shrimp, oysters, crab claws were all perfect. The macarons tasted Parisian. I loved every bite. The Spanish lady who waited on us was so sweet and friendly. Everyone was nice and service was wonderful. Would like to say I'll be back, but I doubt I can afford it. :(

This place earned one star for the location. Outside of the Delano is lovely, and the chairs are so comfortable. It was relaxing to just be outside in such a beautiful ambiance. We decided on eating here for lunch before our spa appointments at Club Essentia upstairs. Here's the gist: this place is pricey, the food is mediocre at best, and the service was so slow for us. The bread is good, and they give you a plate with olive oil and this excellent aged balsamic vinegar (the good thick stuff) so it's delicious and enough to hold back your hunger while you wait for your real food, not that it's worth the wait... I paid $19 for the Tritato Insalata, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. I don't feel iceberg lettuce adds anything to salads in general, and I think I expected something richer like arugula or even a spring mix of mild greens like spinach or red butter lettuce. The salad dressing was just odd, too citrusy and didn't match the rest of the dish. A friend ordered the grilled calamari and the best part of that dish were the crispy potatoes. The service was okay. Our waiter was friendly, but it took forever for our food to come out. We watched TWO other smaller tables sit down, order, get their food, AND their checks before our first plates came. When the food came, only half of our table liked their dishes enough to finish them. So why the second star? Because I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that their food is better during dinner or some appropriate time for cocktails. We'll see. We all just expected better food from this place and were greatly disappointed.

I have been here before and It was stellar, this time was just ok. The food was over seasoned with salt, it was good, but not stellar. The service this time is what ruined the experience for me, I dined with my four children ages 10 to 20. I realize this is a high end place and that normally a table with a women with four boys may not be perceived as a table that would be lucrative, however, my boys enjoy the finer things and our bill was not small. I felt like i was in a cage that was being circled by a shark, the waiter clearly wanted us gone and that I do not appreciate. It was not even busy this night so It was not like he needed the table. When I return to Miami later in the month with my husband I will not return to Bianca. Plenty of other places to dine.

A great place for brunch outdoors in Miami! The food was very good and although there was not an endless selection of choices on the brunch buffet, I actually liked it that way. It meant the kitchen could focus on quality. Inside there is an omelet station with lots of options to make your perfect omelet. Bianca also had a variety of salads, including Israeli cous cous which I am in love with at the moment. There were also numerous pastries (I recommend the pain a chocolate - little croissants filled with chocolate), a nice selection of cheeses, and a few meats. They also had a display of cold seafood including large shrimp, nova salmon, oysters, and herring! I haven't seen herring anywhere in Miami. Way to go on that one, Bianca! There is also a good selection of mini desserts so you can try many options. I liked the mango key lime pie and the creme brulee the best. Others at my table thought the chocolate mousse was divine. They also had little strawberry shortcakes, a chocolate cake option, and Outside is a real show stopper at the grill. Well sized grilled lobster tails and shrimp skewers were a hit. I also recommend the flank steak which was grilled to perfection and sliced at the grill. My fiance said the grilled oysters were excellent. He wanted to go back for more oysters, even after dessert. We migrated to the pool after brunch and enjoyed a pitcher of mojitos. They were delicious! A lot of other reviewers ding this location on service. I found the service to be fine. We were there for a leisurely Sunday brunch so I didn't pay very close attention. My water and sangria was always refilled and at a buffet, that's pretty great.

I've dined at Bianca on several different occasions and I must say, it's one of my favorite places in Miami and Miami Beach. The dishes are very elegant and honest letting the quality of ingredients and flavor shine. Sunday Brunch there is always amazing and the people watching never disappoints ;) The fresh grilled lobsters and oysters on the terrace are a really nice touch along with the sushi bar, not to mention being able to chat with the chef's. On top of all of this...Bianca is without a doubt one of the most romantic restaurants in the city! The candle lighting, comfy seating, and magical view into the Delano orchard is breathtaking. So if you've just been dumped, I don't recommend it; although crying into your delicious truffle tagliatelle over a glass of Barolo isn't a horrible way to spend the night :)

Good lunch at Delano Hotel! Pasta carbonara was really really good. My wife had a great salad highly recommend if in the area. Great food and service!

We were wary about food quality and service at this hot spot. Our experience exceeded all expectations. Waiters were attentive. Ambiance was chic Miami. Burrata and Prosciutto was exceptional. Beet salad was delicious. Pastas were superb. Highly recommended.

I have been here three times including last night. I ask myself why do I keep giving them another chance. The service here is among the worse ever experienced. This starts with attitude at the reception desk. Would never ever return and will tell everyone how terrible this place is. Lower than one star. High prices, mediocre food and service that is appalling!

Who doesn't love the Delano, but unfortunately, the brunch at Bianca is hit or miss. We were there today with family (16 of us) and service started great, however after the sangria was delivered and we had our first go at the brunch, the waitress became more and more difficult to find. In the end, she didn't come make sure we didn't need anything else (coffee, additional drinks, etc.) As far as the brunch is concerned, when we were here last (around Thanksgiving), brunch was amazing! The food was superb. Today, everything was just off. The steak was too well done, the oysters were over cooked, even the wasabi was dry and crumbly. Everyone is allowed an off day, but not at these prices.

The restaurant is beautiful with inside and outside seating in the stunning Delano hotel. After reserving and confirming our reservation and informing the restaurant we were celebrating a special occasion and would like outside seating, we arrived several minutes early and again requested a seat outside. The hostess was quite apathetic, she blankly told us it would be an hour wait for outside seating and didn't seem at all concerned if we were happy or not. So, we took the inside table. The sushi starters were excellent, my husband's tagliatelle was wonderful, but my cavatelli was far too salty to be enjoyable. Our waiter's reaction? "Oh, thanks for telling me, I won't recommend it to others." Service was a bit spotty, water glasses and wine glasses went unnoticed and unfilled until we met the sommelier Flavio, who is fantastic! Charming, funny and knows his craft. He even made sure we got a special dessert treat from the kitchen for our previously ignored anniversary. Overall, our experience was okay, but we had hoped for more.

On 5.3.14 was My First Time Eatting at Bianca at the Delano...One of My favorite Hotels in Miami Beach and I finally had the chance to go...First off I had an amazing Experience by the Maitre d'hotel - Flavio Nisti... He recommended the best appetizer, dinner plate, and dessert platter that was delicious!!! (Tuna Pizza - King Salmon - Dolcetti Misti) I was on a date and my date wanted our table to be a bit romantic...the ambiance is already romantic as it is...and Flavio went out of his way to make it happen for us...Flavio's Hospitality was above and beyond! Totally recommend and Please Let Flavio Cater To You :0)

This is a very high end beautiful restaurant. From the fixtures, to the fans, the view, outdoor seating, phenomenal service and especially the delicious food! If your in Sobe, you've got to prioritize this restaurant during your visit. Definitely 5 stars, no questions!

Great Italian food at the beautiful and very sexy Delano hotel on South Beach. "The scene to be seen." Directly dining behind us was Mickey Rourke, two tables in front of us was Kevin Connelly (E from Entourage) and Kim Kardashian's BFF was slithering around as well amongst other celebs I didn't recognize ( miamiherald.com/2012/01/… ) So you can imagine how pricey Bianca is. Easily $100 a person with one cocktail, sharing one appetizer, one entree each and ending it with a shared dessert. The food itself was good. Really good.... 0 complaints on that department. APPETIZERS: Char Grilled Octopus - with a Cherry Tomato Salad and Aged Balsamic ($28). Simply Grilled Langoustines ($36) ENTREES: Vongole - linguini, clams, garlic, white wine ($29) Truffle Tagliatelle - handmade pasta, seasonal truffle and cream ($58) Branzino - salt roasted, tuscan potatoes, fresh lemon ($58) DESSERT: Tiramisu - Lady fingers w/ Espresso ($14) Check out the pics. So why Four Stars? Nothing was that unique or out of this world for the price you're paying (unlike a dinner at NAOE/Zuma/Etc...). You just have to get over the fact that you can find equally as good of food for half the price around town in places like Fratelli Milano. Then again, we were sitting next to Halle Berry at Fratelli Milano :)

Gorgeous location outdoors, trendy and relaxed all at once. Granted, we went for dinner on a Wednesday when the lounge wasn't having a crazy party, the service was excellent (our waiter was very friendly), the food was amazing (risotto al funghi and king salmon are musts) and the experience was perfect overall. A great restaurant to lounge and dine and experience a warm night in Miami.

2 cocktails for $70 definitely made me feel like the number 1 douchebag of South Beach Miami. Nice outdoor seating and good service. Don't think eating here = access to their pool. You can't even look at it since there are guards to stop you. I came here basically to say I've been here but I doubt I'll ever be back. Thanks but this wasn't worth it.

Brunch at Bianca is AMAZING. Definitely a good spot for seafood lovers with endless grilled lobster tail, crab legs and shrimp kebabs. The grill outside is a really nice touch, and the white truffle and cream pasta, which from the dinner menu will cost you $48, is bottomless... HELLO!! Run there this Sunday. P.S. Our server was really attentive and entertaining!

Had their Sunday brunch: Plusses: all you can eat stone crabs (and big ones!), service (Etty is great!) Ok: Oysters, shrimp, sushi rolls, deserts Minuses: Meats, breads, grilled lobster (dry and tasteless), sangria (what high-end sunday brunch would not offer mimosas!!) Pricey at $65/pp, but if they switched to mimosas, I'd give them a 4th star.

Honestly I would give 5 stars simply for its location in the Delano. The overall sexy swanky scene exudes pretentious beautiful people. We were here last night and seated all 19 of us out on the patio. It was the sound of the ocean, the cool intermittent breeze with house music bouncing off from the pool area made it a beautiful night to dine outside. Nearly everyone at our table was visiting from NYC; I was the only one from SF. Even Alex Rodriguez was bouncing around in the Delano that night. Just like Vegas has primarily visitors from CA, Miami is definitely a hotspot for those from NYC. And Miami is like Vegas on the beach, especially this time of year... annual Music Conference! There was 3 tables combined to fit all 19 of us, and our friend at the opposite end of the table was doing all the ordering. It seemed like he ordered nearly every appetizer on the menu. It was a bit odd, yet I have to admit , I can't complain since sushi is my favorite... But this restaurant is Italian, but there was an entire section of sushi & sashimi dishes on the menu. The spicy tuna roll had a kick to it and was pretty good. Zucchini Flowers, Burrata & Prociutto, meatballs were yummy, but my favorite was definitely the amazingly tender Grilled Octupus and their Deland roll, which was a lobster roll with Wagyu beef... absolutely delicious. After tasting all countless apps that were being served to us, I no longer had an appetite for a main entree... But friends insisted on sharing theirs, so I did have a bite of the Pomodoro and Ceasar salad which was also very good. For dessert, they had a candle-lit like a little dynamite for the Bday boy. Cheesecake, Tiramisu, and a variety of other pastries were being served. Customer service was great; very friendly and attentive. Had a fabulous time. Minus a star... Only because it is expensive for the average person on a budget... But definitely affordable for the affluent finance people at our table:)

Bianca was our backup for another place we were trying to get into on short notice. I had my hopes up considering I've heard good things about this place. Unfortunately the place is very average, at least as far as food. I wouldn't even mind the small portions if they were tasty. Anyways here we go: Langoustines app - 41 bucks - 3 pieces, not much to pick at. Wouldn't get it again. Bianca roll - 32 bucks - I don't know why I decided to go with it, but I figured it sounded good and for 32 dollars the roll should be memorable...was I wrong! U could get a better roll for 4.50 by my house in NYC. No flavor, served with a weird sauce on the side that doesn't compliment it at all. Terrible job by Bianca. Branzino fish - 46 bucks - cooked well, nothing memorable...I guess a grilled fish is a fish. The sides were ok, again nothing special. Ossobico - 37 bucks - I enjoyed this dish, I thought it was well done. Still not anything I would rave about. Creamed spinach side - 13 bucks - now this got this place a whole star all on its own. GREAT creamed spinach, best I've had. The cream did not overpower the spinach, which made for a great dish. Service - very iffy. We waited for a long time for both apps and entrees, the waiter was not attentive...in fact they switched waiters mid meal...and neither really was very good. Total damage $314 (3 cocktails+ gratuity included 18%) Zuma tonight...review coming...

My boyfriend and I went to Bianca during the Winter Music Conference. Yes, we knew it wasn't going to be a relaxing atmosphere. Yes, we knew it was going to be busy as hell. And yes, we knew there were going to be VIP customers that are far more important than us peons who just want to experience a bit of luxury while on vacation. Food was delicious. I will give the kitchen staff 7 stars. Boyfriend had the Branzino and I had the King Salmon. I highly recommend both if you decide to go. This kitchen knows how to cook seafood! Ambiance is great -- except for the loud party happening by the pool (which we later joined as it was our plan). The patio is sexy and romantic. Very chic and relaxed. Comfy chairs and just beautiful. Great for a lively dinner with friends or a romantic dinner with your partner. Service ... now this is why the points are so low. Upon being seated, our server did not come by to say hello OR offer water for at least 5 minutes. That is forever when you're a customer. Unacceptable in a restaurant of this class. He finally came and served our water and we got our bottle of wine. We waited a good 20 minutes to put in our food order. We skipped on starters for fear that it would just drag our entire meal out even longer. Our server did not check on us once. Our wine was poured once by him and topped off once by the restaurant manager. At the end, we poured our own effing wine. All the while, the couple in front of us (who I believe were either very very rich visitors or semi famous) had 2 people PLUS our server literally waiting on them hand and foot and there was a table of 8 or so trust fund-esque people next to us being complete douches but still received some sort of service. And at the end of our meal (about the point when we started pouring our own wine), our server was completely taken away from us to help other staff members set up for a table for 15 unannounced guests. When I managed to flag our server down, I asked him what was going on -- understaffed? Are you new? Give me a reason as to why you were terrible at your job. He told me about the table for 15 and offered a flipping dessert as an apology. Unacceptable. The restaurant manager offered us a complimentary lunch if we came back during our week long stay but we didn't take him up on the offer. I'm sure WMC week played a huge role in the lackluster service, but the outright bad service left a bad taste in my mouth. I will only return if someone I was going with really wanted to go but will never choose it myself ever again. Edit: 18% gratuity was still added and not offered to be lowered AFTER we talked to both our server and manager. If Bianca staff do read this, I give one customer comment -- please treat all of your customers as VIP. We all want to feel that way when we go to your establishment ... that's why we chose it.

Went with a very large group to Bianca for dinner. It was an amazing venue that has a beautiful long hallway entrance, deck on both sides with floor-to-ceiling curtains. The decadent plush and fur seats invited people to never make it through. If you somehow made it through the gorgeous walkway, you find the most beautiful patio setting with stairs that lead down to another cabana area. We enjoyed drinks after near the water that you could walk and place tables in. Overall, it was a stunning setting and I would absolutely recommend it as a venue for large events. 4 stars was given for the very limited pre-fix menu (chicken or steak) and difficulty getting attention of the waitressing staff.

I thought this place was an okay place for dinner. We had a lovely table outside, next to the beautiful pool. We got the following: - Meat balls - these were actually quite amazing. I don't care how many hours this has been braised, but a great stand out on the menu. - Roast Chicken - this was actually lovely as well, with a great bed of spinach underneath. Nicely cooked and great skin. - Petite Filet Mignon - I actually loved the polenta more than the filet itself. It was unfortunately not as cooked to order as I wished, but it was a good piece of meat. - Assorted desserts - there were some great truffles and a good cannoli served. Overall, relatively okay restaurant. The restaurant served us a white and a red which I unfortunately do not remember and it was absolutely terrible. With that, and the not standout filet mignon, I'm giving it a three stars.

Brunch @ The Delano on a Monday? Sounds fantastic! Wait who's paying?? Ahhh Yasssssss not me!!! Excellent, the menu looks amazing! The pool has always been nothing short of stellar and now we'll be indulging in the ambiance of Bianca! I ordered the eggs Benedict which was truly delicious! The eggs were cooked to perfection, the Iberico ham was delightful and the french bread perfect! After I polished off my plate, I couldn't resist the urge to dabble in some of my cousin's dish, the Lemon Ricotta pancakes, and needless to say, I'm Soooo glad I did! Finished off brunch with a couple of tasty "Spicy Bloody Mary's".... A perfect way to end a pleasant brunch! Can't wait to go back!

Bianca it's one of my favorite spots in Miami. It's a must to stop by for their amazing breakfast/brunch... And If I don't I wouldn't call it a complete trip. I die for their lox & bagel The best you could get.. Tried their omelette, Benedict and French toast everything was delicious. Their brunch is very tempting. a bit expensive but worth every penny. They have fresh delicious sea food such as lobster tail, oysters, crab claws... Grilled meat.. and a huge dessert selection to die for. Thinking to give it a try next time. The atmosphere is fantastic, the outdoor seating is gorgeous! The service is amazing! I'm truly in love with this place not only the restaurant but the hotel it self. Simple and chic. Hope someday I can afford to spend a night or two or three.. At Delano :)

Romantic and lots of people watching, and lots of elegance and a bit of snobbery. Pretty tasty, but not my fave in South beach. The pool area at the Delano is a must see at night and the food is pretty good, but not any better than any other place we regularly go. I loved the burrata appetizer with procuitto and lovely toasted Italian bread. We had the ginormous porterhouse for dinner and that took it all over the top for me. Just too much richness for my body - could not finish much of this, and we shared it! I probably would not return, I'm keen on trying some other places - after all, competition is steep here in South Beach.

The ambiance is mesmerizing in the evening, with candles flickering in the outside courtyard. The service is impeccable. The cuisine delectable! As a musician and a diner, the piped in "house" music was a distraction and interfered with my thorough enjoyment of what could have been a memorable romantic evening, hence the 4 stars. This music is suitable for a happy hour, or dance club. Thump, thump, thump is simply not conducive to a relaxing fine dining experience. Hire me to refine your music.

Fell in love with this hotel and with this restaurant. The food and service was amazing except for the octupus appetizer, it was very rubbery and not cooked correctly. The meatballs and Burrata & Prosciutto and spicy tuna roll was very good. For dinner i had the vongule with clams and my lady had the roasted chicken - all was very delicious. The processco and wines ordered helped us wash down the delicious food. We skipped dessert because we were full. The environment is very nice, modern, chic and the who's who in Miami can be seen here. After dinner we grabbed a drink at the FDR bar and lounged a bit before heading out to the club. Would come back and stay at the hotel again.

Last week I went to the first of many monthly pop up dinners at Bianca at Delano in Miami Beach called Let's Eat. Every first Monday of the month, the next one being March 2nd, Bianca finds its inner Soul as chef Amaris Jones prepares a five-course menu that pays homage to her R&B Philadelphian background. Lifestyle maven and chef Amaris Jones has spent her lifetime honing in on the perfect iteration of the modern Soul Food concept. Thirty something years later, she credits her Father's Church on Philly's famed South Street and her family gatherings, as the birthplace for her love of this cuisine and lifestyle. What is so awesome about what Amaris does is that she takes traditional fried chicken, mac & cheese, and sweet potato and turns them into a dishes that will keep you coming back for more. On the pop up menu you are able to try her Bird N Bubbles, a southern fried free-range chicken basket with a sweet potato biscuit and champagne split and the Naw' Leans, which is wild local shrimp with a Cajun crème sauce over white cheddar grits. Both dishes are completely out of this world, but if you have to choose from for for the fried chicken. You will also need to pair your main dish with at least one side. If I were you I would order both the mac & cheese and sweet mash with candied pecans. I have had many mac & cheese dishes in my life, but this one is top of my list. The crust of cheese on top of the dish is so perfectly crunchy you won't be able to stop eating it. Last but not least, you have to try Amaris' banana bread pudding. Whenever I see that banana is an ingredient in a dessert I immediately get excited, but I wasn't prepared for the happiness I felt eating this bread pudding. There were both chunks of bread pudding along with pieces of banana, and the custard was perfectly creamy and smooth. WARNING: You will feel inclined to eat the entire thing, and will need someone to roll you out of Bianca.

Haven't been here a long while. Had a Cobb salad and it was just delish that I cleaned out the entire big bowl, which is rare. Everything diced small and perfectly, chicken pieces were juicy, bacon bits thin and extra crispy, and all the veggies were of great quality and delicious. Very well balanced and dressing (on the side) was mild and yummy. Took meatballs w 12-hour gravy to-go for a friend and they satisfied his selective palate. Nice simple yet diverse menu; service was great..bit slow ...but that's just fine -- just relax and enjoy the beautiful scene w great music in the background.

I came for dinner, but I prefer breakfast. Breakfast is the best here! Dinner is not worth it for the price. They take hours to bring something; however, I stayed in this hotel before ad breakfast is very good. I love waffles and Benedict eggs. Come for brunch or breakfast not for dinner.

Love the atmosphere there esp for brunch! We went for lunch. I got a salmon risotto. salmon was cooked to perfection but the flavor was soso. However the service was great. This place is quite beautiful. The food was nothing special. Please do not bring a large group. We went here for a bachelorette party. Party of 16. We were told by our waitress that we could split our tickets and pay individually. But towards the end of the meal our waitress left and the new waitress we had said we could not split our bills. They split the tab into two. We has asked her if we could tell her what we had and were going to pay for it separately. She said no. You tells the amounts you want to put on the card. Wow so we have to figure out who had what and what amount it was for. 45 minutes later... She was able to tell us who had what and she could have saved us time to sort out the bill, she didn't want to. We had items on our bill from the other side of the table. It was a HOT mess and the waitress did not want to help you. All in all.... I have never been to a high end restaurant, where Service was plain out Crap! I would not RECOMMEND this place to my enemies.

We went to the Sunday Brunch to celebrate Father's day. I'm a very big brunch fan, so I've tried A LOT of brunch buffets in my life, and I gotta say this is one of the best ones ever. Bottomless mimosas included in the 75$ price per person. They have an omelette station, sushi station, salads, cold cuts, seafood, and the best part: a grill outside with lobster tails, ribs, steak, etc! We had a wonderful time, great service, great location, great everything.

This review is for sunday brunch. All I can say is wow. This hotel is mind blowing. A must see in south beach. Has that money feel all around even when just walking in to the lobby. But brunch on sunday is unlimited mimosas and food.for 75 pp. Its worth it. The service is great never was my glass empty. Never was I rushed. All u would wanna eat pasta, omelette, steak, lobster, oh my. The options were endless. A highlight of my trip. I also jus enjoyed snapping pretty pictures in their lobby and hallway

Very adequate. I had the burger. In the spectrum of $25 burgers, it was completely average. Definitely not bad, but not actively good. My date had the salmon risotto. The Salmon was cooked properly. The service was adequate although it took a while for the food to come. Fries were adequate but could have been better.

I love everything about Bianca: the Delano, the service, the chic surroundings, the beautiful people, the music, the greenery, the tables, the wine list on an iPad - I love this place!!! It's my favorite in South Beach and a must for fine dining with a view. I always eat on the terrace (even when it was Blue Door). The view is breath-taking. It's perfect for a romantic dinner. I've never been wowed by the food, although the creamed spinach with truffles was the best I've ever had. The experience is so tasty it's hard for food to top it. This is a must do for chic, scenic, hip dining.

This place is amazing. Such a beautiful place. I have sat outdoors and indoors and I love both. Atmosphere: AMAZING!!!!! Its the perfect south beach atmosphere. Service: PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Food: GREAT. So it wasn't the best...but I can't complain. The food lacked a bit of flavor: I ordered the tomato heirloom salad and it was meh....my husband ordered the steak..and loved it. Our other friend ordered the ink squid (it made me sad...poor squid) but she loved it!!!!!!

For a very pricey dinner, quite the crappy service. First they made us wait half an hour, throwing our nights plans off. Second strike, they messed up my order. I have a shellfish allergy, they brought me out sushi with crab in it. I was very nice about it though, told the waiter" I'm sorry for the bother. There was a mix up" instead of apologizing right away he started saying I never specified and asked me what should he do about it. Rude much ? Third strike- they gave me a new 20 dollar sushi roll with avocado instead - it was 90% avocado, which I'm fine with ! But, what I'm not okay with is when I go to a 5 star restaurant and the avocado was hard as a rock. Completely inedible. 1-2 stars at most.

Overall, a decent place. Pretty nice for a date night. Felt a little ignored or overlooked by the staff. The food was good, but not worth the price. Not very creative food, but basic, salty fair.

This is one of my favorite places to go and enjoy a casual lunch or a nice dinner. I highly recommend sitting on the outside terrace, which overlooks the pool and garden area. The service is always on point, and the food is true, authentic Italian style. I recommend indulging in the beef carpaccio or the burrata and prosciutto for appetizers, both will have you licking your plate clean. The pastas are delicious but heavy, and the portion size is generous. The tuna pizza is also a must! For dessert I always have the dolcetti misti, which is a great sampler of different types of Italian pastries and desserts.

Went to Bianca for Valentine's Day with my wife and it did not disappoint . The ambience is great , we had a romantic table outside overlooking the beautifully landscaped patio / veranda area . The wine list was extensive with an excellent selection . The markup on the wine was quite high , but hey ... We're sitting behind the Delano . We had a baked crab hand roll as our starter and it was probably the best I've ever had . My wife had the bone in rib eye and it was cooked to perfection . The presentation was also very impressive . I had the lobster risotto . It was a decent sized portion with a very generous amount of lobster in it , including a really large piece of tail meat on the top . The flavor was amazing and I was able to finish the entire dish without feeling overly full . Our server was attentive without being overbearing , wish I could remember his name , would love to give him a" shout out" . I highly recommend Bianca , just be prepared to pay a small fortune for the high quality food and ambience they offer ! But like I said earlier ... You're at The Delano ... Coolest spot in South Beach ! Enjoy ....

My friends and I dine here often, however after last night I am not sure we will again. Our service is terrible every time, and last night was no different! The time we tried to dine before last night, we were seated 45 mins after our reservation then proceeded to sit at our table for 35 minutes before anyone came to even give us water. We actually all got up and just walked out. It was ridiculous. We love the ambiance and location which is why we come so much. But given the prices for entrees, drinks and the extremely over priced wine list ($130 for Prisnor, really?), the service should be over-the-top excellent and it's always terrible! We were told last night that we couldn't order apps first then order our entrees later. We were forced to order everything at once then had to fight with our waiter to get the dishes to be spaced out throughout the meal. I mean wow. Food is okay, the sushi is excellent. I give two stars for the ambiance and beauty of the restaurant. otherwise, if you go, don't expect much.

I had a business meeting for lunch and was told to meet at the Delano's restaurant. This was the first time I ever been to Bianca well it was the first time I have ever been the the Delano actually. The vibe the hotel gave was very therapeutic. I felt very calm and the energy that was radiating around me had me feeling really good. The meeting couldn't of gone any better. We talked business until the food came and then all we spoke about was the food. I had the special I think it was called Halibut or something close to that. It was heavenly just like the vibe. 5 Stars.

Having come to town recently, I had the luxury of venturing out and taking in the sights an sounds of the Delano Hotel and more specifically, Bianca. When I had heard about the gran opening, I wanted to see what Miami had to offer in terms of Italian cuisine. Truth be told, if Bianca is any indication, Miami has some amazing food. From the minute we arrived, the array of attractive hosts that greet you warmly is very impressive. They have an amazing dining room that would suit anyone but of I am in Miami, it's the terrace for me. Service from beginning to end was spot on but the highlight was the food. The chef absolutely nailed all 4 courses we had and my sweet tooth was delighted by our tiramisu that was out of this world. You can't beat the ambiance, the service, and the food. I can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing food and wines.

Bianca at the Delano Hotel in South Beach is a lovely dining experience. I had the opportunity to attend a concierge event that Bianca was so generous to host. Everything was amazing, grilled octopus, crispy risotto fries, heirloom tomato salad, risotto al funghi (my favorite) and seared swordfish. An intimate and fashionable outdoor area overlooking the pool area, this is the place to start you SOBE experience.

One of my favorite restaurants in Miami, Bianca's food is absolutely amazing to say the least. I eaten there at Brunch as well as dinner and I have to say it never disappoints. I recommend the Lobster tails, Sushi (FDR roll, Spicy Tuna Roll), King Salmon & Grilled Octopus.

Yes, this is indeed a very pricey restaurant. However, you're in Miami Beach, at an extremely nice hotel, with amazing servers and delicious food. From the appetizers to the deserts, nothing disappointed!

Bradford was awesome! Make sure to ask for him. Ordered the grilled octupus as a table app- some liked it but i thought it was chewy. Wine list extensive but pricy; on iPad a nice touch. Very hip and chic place

My wife and I had quite a good meal at Bianca during our trip to South Beach. My osso bucco was fabulous and definitely the highlight of the meal for me. We also had a side of spaghetti squash that was delicious and highly recommended. Yes, the prices are outrageous, but what do you expect when you're dining at the Delano in South Beach? The only disappointing part of our meal was that we found the dessert menu to be sorely lacking. They only offer traditional Italian desserts and the gelato flavors were vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. BORING.

Pretentious wine list. No reasonably priced bottles. Decent food. Last night was there with a large group. Wanted to have food, wine and conversation, but ended up shouting at each other because the music was much too loud. Asked the waiter if they could lower the volume and was told no, they wanted a party atmosphere. The place doesn't have a dance floor, but does have diners. You'd think a simple request of lowering the volume would be easy enough. Wasn't live music after all. Won't go back.

I had an incredible dinner at Bianca the other night! The outside terrace is so beautiful and the food was delicious...I honestly think it's the best Italian in Miami! I started with the Salami and Cheese board, which was great and had the Truffle Tagliatelle as my main meal! I would absolutely recommend both dishes. If you want an amazing meal, nice ambiance, impeccable service and a good hot spot in Miami....go to Bianca!

I don't know why others gave this restaurant such a low rating! The decor is elegant, romantic and warm. Yes, you see some famous people! But its South Beach. My date had made reservations and we were seated immediately. The waiter was very knowledgeable and made an excellent wine recommendation. Had the Langoustines which were average. We both had the salt-roasted Branzino and the Oysters which were fresh and scrumptious! I'm big on desserts so I had to try the Tiramisu. I'm glad I did. It was amazing. The service was a tad slow and that is why I gave it four stars. We left stuffed, as we were leaving we proceeded to the lobby and to our surprise there was a DJ and a mixed crowd dancing and hanging out! Having a big party. We decided to stay, have a cocktail and hangout and dance! Fun ending to a great evening.

Atmosphere is amazing. Beautiful decor, trendy mixed crowd floating around. It seems it's a prerequisite for men to walk around with at least two ladies at a time. We had the arugula salad, artichoke salad, snapper & clam linguini. Come here for the atmosphere but you can easily skip the cuisine. Service was standard for the setting.

I've dined at Bianca multiple times now and every time it has been fantastic. From the food to the ambience to the service. In south beach it's hard to find a place that not only has great food, but a place that actually has and values customer service is even harder to find. I would definitely, and do recommend to everyone!

I've been to Miami multiple times, and I'm a big fan of the Delano. So when I heard they had a new Italian restaurant I had to give it a try. It was great. I highly recommend the meatballs as an appetizer and I had the Branzino as an entree. The branzino was cooked perfectly and although the prices are a little expensive it was well worth it because of the scene & ambiance. Our waitress recommended some great wine pairings for our meal too!

My wife and I went to Bianca for their Sunday Summer dinner special. We were married at the Delano some years back, and were curious to see how the space had changed (It used to be a restaurant called Blue Door). If you've never been to the Delano, just strolling through the lobby is a treat unto itself. The decor is amazing, with a great vibe and people much more beautiful than myself. It's one of the few places in South Florida that just transforms my mood in a very nice way. Dark wood and great mood lighting, offset with tall white columns flanked by floor to ceiling white drapes, gently billowing with the breeze off the ocean. It's pretty sweet. Oh yeah, the restaurant - what a fantastic experience! We mentioned to the host that we were married on the patio (where the restaurant's outdoor seating is), and he seated us on the spot where we exchanged vows - a nice touch. Our servers were incredible. Our glasses never went dry, they made fantastic recommendations for us, and could not have been more attentive. Easily 5-stars there. The summer special is 3 courses and unlimited Prosecco, which is a sparkling Rose' or blush wine. Somewhat to my surprise and definitely to my delight, the portions were very generous for a higher-end restaurant. To start, my wife had the beef carpaccio, which she adored, and I had the panzanella salad, which is very simple - basil, tomatoes, onion parmesan and croutons soaked in their balsamic dressing - and simply one of the best things I've ever had. An amazing blend of flavors. Just great - she kept stealing bites! We also added a meatball appetizer from the regular menu - veal, pork and beef blended to rich perfection. Tender, cooked perfectly, and came with a little carafe of their tomato sauce. Scrumptious! For the main course, we both had the chicken piccata, which was not breaded, something we appreciated, and a light but flavorful sauce. It was served atop some lightly smashed fingerling potatoes that were a perfect complement and delicious. To finish it all off, dessert was amaretto gelato in a sugar cone - simple and again simply great! Even though it was busy, our servers did anything but make us feel rushed - they even came back with the Prosecco after dessert. Extremely happy and full, we strolled through the garden out back and around the pool where more beautiful people lounged, before heading back to reality - sigh. A truly great night thanks to the staff at Bianca!

The food was okay. Our bill for two people was about $160 (including gratuity), splitting one appetizer and two entrees and two drinks. It was totally overly priced. I love chasing new restaurants because of the "scene" and for good people watching. If you want to go for good people watching, hang out at Rose Bar and watch from there. The food truly wasn't worth it. Wait until the menu becomes a little more creative. I feel bad writing such a bad review, but I wasn't happy with how much money I spent on that meal. I don't mind paying a lot for a great experience, but I regretted spending this money.

Very Slow service. The Branzino was full of bones and upon bringing it to their attention they did nothing. $58 dollars for fish that was hardly edible. No manager even came to the table to apologize. On a positive note, the veal was good as was the salmon carpaccio.

Update: we had a redo dinner last night (see my first review). I just wrote the Delano rep: "It makes me very happy to write the following note after our superb Bianca dinner. Round two was a whole new experience and Bianca did such a marvelous job. Congrats to everyone there and thank you for creating a second chance! The food was wonderful. Variety, drama (the cooking of our own filet was very fun) but above all just such great tastiness and execution. The salmon in particular was so light, without that 'salmon' heaviness and taste you often have; and the flavor of the sear of the sirloin couldn't be improved. Hell, it was all so great. I have to particularly mention the tuna 'pizza' with truffle oil - wow. Instant hit; the whole table was raving. That could and should be the signature dish of the restaurant. The head waiter expertly quarterbacked it all with panache, the staff buzzed around, and our wine was beyond generous. And it was nice to be able to congratulate the chef when he came out. Though not a Bianca thing, the atmosphere was particularly helped by the breast cancer work being done by Doug, there; it made for great karma. : ) Anyway, thank you again, Jennifer! It was terrific. You guys just totally turned it around and have garnered many new fans; I look forward to returning and I suspect everyone else there will too, and I'll look forward to telling others that without fail."

Dinner was a major letdown. I ordered the grilled octopus and the pasta bolognese. They brought my companion's appetizer out 15 minutes before mine. It's mind boggling how any restaurant that charges $20 an appetizer can't even manage to bring out 2 diners' appetizers at the same time. The octopus was terrible. It was burned to a char and drenched in a balsamic reduction. I wish i sent it back but our waiter was nowhere to be found and he never had the courtesy of checking in on us. The bolognese entry was tasty but nothing remotely special or memorable. Our service was well below average. Our waiter was very pushy and kept telling us what the "must orders" were. Of course, they just happened to be the most expensive items on the menu. Really?? Skip this place. It isn't worth the money.

Great scene. Ate there twice. Wife made me go to give a second chance.Service was deplorable both times. Sardines mushy, octopus overcooked and tough. Heirloom tomato salad was one slice of tomato topped with 4 quarters of a small tomato and cheese crisps for $19.Did have a good veal chop for $58. Pastas were bland. Took 45 min. for appetizers an additional hour for entrees and after 2 managers came over 30 minutes to get dessert with no apologies. With all the great Italian restaurants in Miami there is no reason to go there. Ciccones and Scarpetta are both close, have great food and are as much of a scene.

The hotel and the restaurant is beautiful!! Def a must when you're visiting Miami! Outdoor area is so chic, comfortable and just filled with rich/beautiful people. Went here with my mom for drinks and we had a wonderful time! Can't rate the actual food but everyone around me seemed to really enjoy themselves!! I would at least go for drinks bc you're still getting the "experience" of dining at Delano! ; )

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
